Here are our FAQ's to help you navigate and use our site
Q) How do I find courses?
A) Click on the icons on the homepage, ‘AMTRA Accredited’ or
‘Additional Educational Content’. You can also see courses available to you in
‘My Dashboard’ in the ‘Course Overview’ area accessed by clicking on “My
Dashboard” at the top left hand side of the screen. The 'AMTRA Accredited' icon will take you to 'My Dashboard' as this serves as our hub of unique AMTRA accredited content suitable to each user.
Q) How do I gain access to a course?
A) You
will automatically be granted access to courses that are applicable to you,
this will be based on a number of
criteria including brands and geography. If you think you should have access to
restricted areas please contact enquiries@skillscentre-sandbox.mwp.tituslearning.com.
Some
courses have multiple modules, all modules except the first will be restricted
initially, subsequent modules are only made available once the first module has
been successfully completed i.e. quiz questions completed correctly and
submitted.
Q) How do I jump between courses?
A) You
can use the ‘My courses’ block at the top to change courses or My Dashboard,
courses will only save progress once you have submitted a score of 100% on a
particular module, if you move from one course to another before completing and
submitting your progress you will lose all activity on that course.
Q) Can I save my progress?
A) The
platform automatically saves your progress based on activity completion. For
example, if you watch an interactive video and submit your quiz score, it will
save this information, if you do not complete and submit the course all
progress on that course will be lost.
If
you leave your computer unattended for a length of time you may also loose
progress on that course. One started,
you should aim to complete and submit all activity on the course (or module of
that course)
Q) How do I go back to the homepage?
A) In the navigation bar at the top of your screen, you will see
the "Novatec Skills Centre" logo. If you click this, you will always
return to the site homepage, no matter where you are within the system.
Q) How do I search for courses?
A) The
best way to search for courses are by clicking on the AMTRA Accredited button
or Additional Educational Content button.
